(Please use the Gift Card link) Mutual support makes the world a better place. You set the donation level and indicate the community, class, or service you would like to support. There are several ways you can sponsor. Based on my international work with Acupuncturists Without Borders, I offer clinics using auricular (ear) acupuncture points in a community setting. I currently facilitate ongoing clinics you can either support financially or by lending a hand in person. For these, even a small contribution makes a big difference. Assisting at a clinic takes approximately 2 hours not including driving time. A local weekly clinic's material expenses start at about $25 USD per clinic, with a regional clinic costing approximately $55 USD per clinic depending on the location. Partial sponsorship is welcomed. You can also support local services in your region when I travel to work at your location. Depending on local licensure, I can arrange trauma-relief acupuncture clinics, for example working with first-responders; services through a local hospice including for patients with cancer, Alzheimer's, or dementia; or other services dependent on local need. Sponsor a patient to get help they need when they need it most. This works like a gift certificate and allows me to offer work to people who need it when they otherwise might not be able to seek care. Examples include sessions for those in or needing hospice care and their support people. It also includes those experiencing emergencies or loss. This is the pay-it-forward concept. Scholarships help me to provide classes to those who need financial assistance. Together, we make the world a better place.
