I have worked in the healing arts since 1991. I blend my rich history of healing modalities including earth-based shamanism, Five Element Acupuncture, energywork such as Reiki and Medical Qi Gong, NLP hypno-meditation life coaching, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, yoga, sound healing, and psychic empath insights to address all levels of illness and stress while balancing each person's foundational needs.

 

Somatic awareness and deep listening have always been an integral part of my sessions. Preparation and Integration are offered as stand alone services for any ceremonial or healing work you do with me or with others. Any of the healing modalities can also be combined with preparation and integration sessions. I work online and in-person for single sessions, series, and group work. Subscription-based options are available for remote work if you wish to continue with me beyond any workshop or in-person experience.
